Daycare And Boarding General

The health and safety of every pet in our daycare/boarding facility is our first priority. Accordingly, you agree to and confirm we require the following for daycare/boarding services:

  • Each dog must undergo a temperament evaluation by our staff to determine his/her social skills prior to acceptance. The purpose of the evaluation is also to determine if daycare/boarding at our facility is suitable for your dog. Our evaluation ensures that our daycare/boarding services are the best choice for your dog.
  • Your pet is lawfully owned by you and has all up-to-date vaccinations.
  • Male dogs above the age of fourteen (14) months must be neutered/spayed to enter the daycare area.
  • Female dogs on heat will not be allowed to enter the daycare area.
  • Each pet must be in good health. Your pet is not ill and has no health concerns, allergies, special needs and/or other medical conditions other than those, if any, disclosed above.
  • If your pet shall at any time during daycare/boarding appear to us to require medical attention for any reason whatsoever, we will attempt to contact you but if you are not available, you hereby authorize us to engage at your cost and expense the services of the veterinarian.
  • You will not hold us responsible for any loss to you or your pet due, but not limited, to weight loss, rough hair, fleas, ticks, hot spots, otitis, conjunctivitis, cough, diarrhea, canine influenza, parvo, chewing and/or eating parts of toys, blankets, beds, injuries, mishap, escape or lost of pet, seizures, death (sudden or otherwise).
  • Your pet is free of any contagious disease within 30 days before daycare/boarding.
  • You authorize us at your cost and expense to treat your pet for any external parasites (such as fleas or ticks) if they are found on your pet upon arrival or during its stay with us.
  • All fees and charges including any additional fees and charges for veterinary, medical, medicine, food and  any additional or ancillary services provided by us shall be paid and satisfied in full before your pet leaves the our shop.
  • You will not hold us responsible for any loss or damage to any personal item belonging to your pet. Do not bring toys, blankets, beds, etc, that are valuable or irreplaceable.
  • If you fail to pick up your pet within ten (10)days of check out date, your pet will be considered abandoned by you and you hereby authorise us and we shall be entitled to deal with your pet in any manner deemed fit by us including but not limited to selling your pet or putting it up for adoption but that shall not relieve you of your financial obligations.
  • Your pet may come into contact with other pets during its stay with us. In the unlikely event that your pet is injured by another pet, you will not hold us responsible for any injury and loss. If your pet injures another pet and/or person, you will be solely responsible for any injury and loss to either or both pets and/or person.
  • You agree that if your pet attacks, or is involved in a fight with another pet (and /or person) causing injury to that pet (and /or person), you will be responsible for any losses incurred as a result including, but not limited to, payment of veterinary fees in respect of injuries to another animal caused by your pet and payment of hospital/clinic fees in respect of injuries to another person.
  • We recommend but do not insist that you insure your pet be insured against sickness, accident, or injury and for third party liability prior to daycare/boarding.

 

Boarding Specific

  • All dogs above 6 months of age boarding with us for the first time must undergo a trial session prior to acceptance. Trial session for puppies below 6 months of age is optional but highly recommended.
  • Bookings will become confirmed only upon payment of deposit.
  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be exchanged to store credit.
  • Change of boarding dates is allowed with a minimum of 3 days notice before original booking date.
  • Full/half payment of the total charge must be paid upon check in. Partial payment accepted at our discretion.
  • Full payment must be settled before pet’s release.
  • Latest check in/out time is 7.30pm on weekdays & 6.30pm on weekends/public holidays. Any check in/out past said time will be considered 1 more night stay, subject to availability.
  • All pets must be up to date with their vaccinations, worming, tick & fleas treatments.
  • All pets must be checked-in in clean condition.
  • Application for fleas and ticks treatment is compulsory upon check-in. You may bring your own treatment to apply upon check in. If otherwise, you may purchase the treatment from us or opt for a 1 time application, subject to additional charges.
  • Food is to be provided by owner. You may purchase food from our shop if preferred but it is highly recommended that their regular food is fed during their stay here to prevent any possible complications from the sudden change of diet.
  • Pets Repawblic reserves the right to reject your pet if it show any signs of sickness, fleas and ticks, injuries, aggressive behavior or if it is not up to date with vaccination or for any reason that we may deem fit.
  • Pets will be deemed abandoned after 10 days of incomplete payments and/or left uncollected. Pets Repawblic reserves the rights to deal with your pet in any manner deemed fit by us including but not limited to selling your pet or putting your pet up for adoption.
